About Me

"I had never dreamt to be a teacher. My dream was always a career in health science because almost all people in my family are physicians, dentists and pharmacists. I barely got any images of other careers. Therefore, I studied and finally graduated with pharmacy degree. However, I decided to be a teacher because of my past experiences as a learner and teacher and several teachers who inspired me." (excerpt from Learning to teach)

My name is Kanidtha Suksudsananant. I was born and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand, but now I live in Bangkok, Thailand. My first language is Thai. I use English as a second language. I have my undergraduate degree in Pharmacy from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, MBA majoring in Finance from California State University, Easy Bay, and then Graduate Certificate in TESOL from Pennsylvania State University.

I have had teaching experience for four years. I focus mainly on teaching grammar and various types of test preparations including TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT (Math) and GMAT (Math, Sentence Correction and Writing). Almost all of my students are Thai, and these students use English as a second language. Now I am working as a private tutor and a stock market investor.

After completing TESOL certificate, I will continue to teach English, and I plan to open my own tutor center in Thailand in 2014. In my spare time, I enjoy reading various kinds of books, seeing movies, travelling, playing games, doing homemade stuff, and spending time with friends and family.
